How Does CopyTrader Work?
The CopyTrader system is a cornerstone of our platform and a key driver of our fintech leadership.

The concept is straightforward:
1. select the traders you want to copy,
2. choose the amount you wish to invest, and automatically replicate their trades in real-time with a single click.

Here are some important points to consider before using CopyTrader:
- The minimum amount to invest in a trader is $1000. in the copy trading world the more your capital the higher your daily earnings on a single position.
- You can copy up to 100 traders simultaneously.
- The maximum amount you can invest in one trader is $2,000,000.

Key Terms:
- Copied Trader: The trader you are copying.
- Copier: The user who is copying the trader (i.e., yourself).


CopyTrader Automatic Reallocation
Our automatic reallocation model ensures that your portfolio remains aligned with the portfolio of the trader you are copying. When the copied trader makes changes to their portfolio, these changes are reflected in your copied portfolio.
This feature automates portfolio adjustments to mirror the copied trader’s investments, enhancing efficiency, risk management, and simplifying the investment experience, especially in rapidly changing market conditions. Reallocation is triggered by specific actions:
- Adding or withdrawing funds
These actions ensure your portfolio stays up-to-date with the trader’s current strategies. However, you can choose to stop copying at any time.


Copy Stop-Loss (CSL)
The Copy Stop-Loss (CSL) feature helps you manage your copy investment and Smart Portfolio by providing real-time risk management for each copy relationship based on Profit/Loss values. Essentially, it is an automated risk control system that allows you to set risk limits for the entire copy relationship at a specific dollar value.
By default, the CSL is set to 40% of your total invested copy value per copy relationship. This means that if the copy value decreases by 40%, the CSL will trigger, ending that copy relationship and returning the remaining funds to your balance.
Example:
Trader A is copied by Trader B with $2,000. The CSL is set at 60% of the equity, which is $1200 in this case. If the equity, including profit/loss across all trades, drops to $1200, the copy account will close, and the remaining funds (60% of the original amount) will be returned to the Traders balance.

What happens when CSL triggers?
If your copy relationship has unrealized losses of 40% of your allocated funds, the CSL will trigger, closing all positions in that relationship.
Keep in mind that the CSL value will change if you adjust your copy amount.
Adding or removing funds from the copied trader will trigger a recalculation of the CSL value as a percentage of the new copy amount.
Example:
If you’re copying a trader with $1,000 and your investment has lost $900, but you still believe in this copy relationship, allocating another $1,000 will update the CSL value based on the new total of $2,000.

Add or Remove Funds
You can increase your copy investment at any time by allocating additional funds, which will be proportionally adjusted within your portfolio. Similarly, you can withdraw funds at any time once copying trades has been stopped.

How Do Smart Portfolios Work?
Options Experts Smart Portfolios are thematic investment instruments designed for long-term, double-digit returns. Each Smart Portfolio aggregates various assets or groups of traders and is continually optimized by machine-learning algorithms.

General Smart Portfolio Considerations:
- The minimum investment amount is $1000.
- The default Stop Loss for a Smart Portfolio is set at 20%.
